Two Factor Auth Explained:

Each time you attempt to log in we will send a unique 6-digit code to your mobile phone which you must enter in order to complete your login. This greatly increases the security on your account.

This would only be required for admin access. When People log in directly to a premises to make a report they will not be required to complete this step.

Premises Explained:

Each accident or incident report is hard linked to a premises. You cannot manually attach any address you like, but must select from one of the premises you have in your subscription.

You must select the appropriate subscription to account for each premises you wish to use the platform for.

In simple terms, if you have one office / business location you need one premises, if you have 5 business locations, you need 5 premises, etc.
